NEXIVANCE Inc. is a Toronto-based programme management consulting firm incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Founded by a Senior Project and Programme Manager with years of global delivery experience, we specialise in managing complex, high-stakes programmes across telecom, enterprise IT, cloud infrastructure, financial services, and nonprofit sectors. Our work spans Canada, the USA, Ghana, Africa, and global markets.

I began my career at a global leader in telecommunications in Accra, Ghana, managing large-scale infrastructure portfolios across Africa. I further went on with a major African telecommunications company, where I led the recovery of a stalled enterprise ERP migration and delivered on scope across all critical business units. From there, my work expanded into international development, building PMO infrastructure for organisations operating across sub-Saharan Africa, the Canadian nonprofit sector, and strategic programme planning for a major Canadian financial institution. I founded NEXIVANCE because the most urgent need in programme management is not setting up clean-sheet PMOs. It is rescuing the programmes that are already in trouble.
